Unbe-freaking-lievable! Spent 2 hours and 12 minutes on hold trying to get a @Rogers rep, then got cut off when a recording told me to try again. And this is after I went to a store, only to be told they couldn’t help me and I HAD to call a rep #customerservice #fail #outrageous
