BREAKING: MAGA world screeches with rage as a federal judge reverses his decision to retire from active service — blocking Donald Trump from appointing his successor.

Judge James Wynn, who was appointed by President Obama to the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, revealed his brilliant strategic decision in a letter to President Biden.

"I write to advise that, after careful consideration, I have decided to continue in regular active service as a United States Circuit Judge for the Fourth Circuit," wrote Wynn, adding that he apologizes for "any inconvenience" caused.

Wynn's name has now been removed from the list of future judicial vacancies compiled by the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts.

MAGA Senator Thom Tillis had a meltdown, calling Wynn's decision "brazenly partisan" and whined that it shows some judges are "nothing more than politicians in robes."

We, however, are thrilled about Wynn's decision. This is the kind of strategy that Republicans like Mitch McConnell regularly use against Democrats. Time for us to start winning.
