Waiting since 24th June for @sky to install my new broadband so that I can actually work from home without the internet connection dropping out. I’ve had a total of 24 texts from them telling me BT open reach are working on it…what crap service when I’m paying £130 a month

@RBS_Help second post. If you are going to g to close branches at least have the support people need to access you. We were told today that waiting two weeks to collect somebody from a morgue “wasn’t anything RBS can do” and that we would have to submit forms again AGAIN !!

@RBS_Help we have been trying to access a deceased customers account for two weeks to pay for his funeral. We have completed that same forms three times. We’ve called, we’ve e mailed. Today we got told. We have no record of you reporting the death. Help us please bury this man

@BarclaysUKHelp Somebody just tell us what’s going on. It’s not difficult to just tell us!! Cards aren’t working. Transfer ain’t working. Cash withdrawal isn’t working. Millions of people are struggling to feed their kids and pay bills and all you can do is say “sorry” sorry isn’t good enough
