@Vaima_nik @LiveFromALounge @airvistara So true. I had stopped flying Indigo after Vistara came. Flew Indigo after a long time and it felt more premium than a so-called full service airline. Even their social media account is more responsive than all of Vistara’s CC’s combined.

@LiveFromALounge Agree with every single point. The airline has gone way below even sub-standard now. Ground staff at Delhi airport were totally unempathetic to me (a traveler with an infant), I shudder to think how they treat others.
