@StarbucksUK hi, what’s your policy on allowing dogs on seats in your cafes please? I maybe mistakenly thought this wasn’t allowed under some kind of hygiene rule. I didn’t want to complain to my local branch without knowing the facts
@CambridgeCornEx trying to exchange my Cambridge junction Brett Young @BrettYoungMusic tickets for a good Balcony seating ones now that’s an option. Struggle to stand through an entire show but junction staff can’t change for seats only general standing. Please help
@SWISCoLtd our bins in Furzeham, Brixham still haven’t been collected. 40mph+ winds tonight coupled with many not using the nets to keep recycling in the boxes, rubbish is now strewn all down the road. We’ve picked up lots and put in our box but will your teams clear the rest?

@SWISCoLtd Thanks. Trouble with people leaving their boxes out for days on end is that they are full and overflowing and rubbish blows all over the place with the strong winds. We use the nets but not everyone does. The streets often look a mess with rubbish which doesn’t get picked up
@SWISCoLtd any idea when you’re collecting recycling from Brixham? The updates Christmas collection for 31 Dec was Sat 2 Jan. Rubbish has been out for 2 days now and no sign of trucks
@HollisterCoHelp please can you tell me what’s happening with my order 20388866921 it has said packing up for 8 days now. I received an email a few days back to say it had been delayed but delivery on the app is still today. No sign of a tracking email though, need for present!!

@O2 I can’t login to my o2 as it my email address and number are already attached to an account I had a good few years ago. I’ve long since forgotten the details. I can’t get hold of anyone to reset but without doing that I can’t access my bill. How can You resolve this please?
