FINANCIAL GRAVITY:
If we divide the S&P 500 by the fed’s balance sheet, the line is basically flat since 2008.
The correlation coefficient between central bank quantitative easing and the price of stock indexes is nearly 1.
The money printed by the Fed, because of the structure of the Open Market Operations, is plugged directly into the Treasury markets, and from there, flows into equities and derivatives.
This has served to primarily enrich the asset owners, financial institutions, and wealthy elites who own the majority of the stock market anyways.
The entire rally has been an illusion, financed by the Fed and maintained through QE.
A million-dollar house is only worth a million dollars if the next buyer can borrow a million dollars. That is the part every wealth transfer spreadsheet skips.
Rent prices in America are out of control
American has a 2 bedroom apartment in Tampa, Florida. She just got her notice to renew her lease
“My jaw fall to the ground… and not many things make my jaw fall to the ground quite like this. I live in Channelside. I live in Tampa. I live in a 2-bedroom apartment.
So if I want to sign another 12 month long lease, which is the lease term I'm currently on, They are going to raise my rent over $1,000. Now this is where I want to make sure everyone's sitting down for this number. If I want to go month to month, the rent will be $11,438.”
The craziest part about this is it’s legal in Florida. There is no statewide rent control or cap on how much a landlord can increase rent
The only thing that would call a rent increase into the illegal realm is if it’s retaliatory, discriminatory or inside of your current lease
This is WILD
American went to a parking garage in Detroit with a friend. They leave the parking garage and the friend who drove didn’t pay
That parking garage somehow automatically identified her by her phone, charged her card and texted her a receipt with the make, model and license plate of her friends vehicle
Again she didn’t drive, she didn’t interact with any machines, the parking garage was able to just identify her and charge her because she had her cell phone with her
This is real
The building was the Fisher Building garage in Detroit. It’s a shopping area
It’s a modern automated parking management system on Metropolis Parking’s platform that has License Plate Recognition cameras combined with phone-linked accounts and stored payment details
Because this woman had been there before and paid, the system saved her data, recognized her by her phones signal and automatically charged her with a previous payment method
Technology is going way too far
when people ask why i’ve changed so much in and last 6 years, i will now send them this.
this is exactly what is wrong with society.
one of the best articles i’ve read. ever.
don't blame yourself. our country has really failed us.
i have students i work with graduating high school who know they will never afford a home, a decent car, and they talk about a college education like it is on the same level as doing to vegas with all your life savings or lotto
When you sell a property, your disclosures should be like a novel.
The risk of not disclosing far outweighs the risk of losing a buyer.
Buyers rarely drop from disclosures, but they ABSOLUTELY sue if they find anything later, especially if values drop.

Folks (guys and gals), don't be psyopped by this article. You don't have unlimited time. You need to be moving. Don't put off life. Don't look at Anne Hathaway getting pregnant at 43 and think "Oh, ok I'll be fine." It's a psyop. You'll have massive regret if you squander your youth with hedonism and selfish BS and then try to scramble to have a real life later. Don't be deceived by lies.
The vast majority of adult kids who stand to receive large inheritances from their boomer parents *are already wealthy*
This is just going to be rocket fuel for wealth inequality and the high end luxury RE market
Only 3.2% of boomers are true millionaires.
The rest?
Their entire net worth is locked inside their house.
And they can't get it out — because no one can afford to buy it.
That's not a retirement plan.
That's a trap.
Auto manufacturers are now engineering cars in a way they if you break one small thing, a massive repair is needed
Example: This door handle on the inside of this new 2023 vehicle broke, you would think you just need a new door handle. Wrong
You now have to replace the entire door panel because they have manufactured it so that the door handle can not be removed
So now instead of paying a small amount of money for a new door handle, you have pay insane amounts of money for a whole door panel
This should be illegal. We need much stronger right to repair laws in America
Convinced we’re indeed gonna enter a new Great Depression and the catalyst is going to entirely be this government and the wealthy class refusing to accept that they made shit too expensive and our wages too low to keep the economy going.
Florida, is rolling out AI-powered cameras on its garbage trucks to scan properties for code violations, unpermitted renovations, & other issues. After installing FLOCK cameras on poles, the city is now adding mobile surveillance from trash trucks to monitor homes and yards. 🤦🏻♂️🤡
Erling Haaland is taking the world by storm.
He drinks raw milk and eats beef liver and heart.
He doesn’t fear the sun. He gets sunlight in the morning and limits blue light at night.
In this video, I’m reviewing his diet…
So serious question:
What’s the incentive to do the right thing anymore?
Everyone that does the right thing loses.
Everyone that grifts, cheats, and steals wins.
Our financial system is filled with nothing but crooks and thieves that are unregulated by anyone.
I keep seeing posts telling young people to just buy tiny starter homes like the size their grandparents owned in the 1950s
2 bed, 1 bath, 1200 sq feet, est. 1951
It still is over $400,000
And not in CA or NY
This sold for $80,000 in the 1990s btw
Passport Bros: I wanted a traditional wife from a really poor country, western women are sooo entitled
Passport Wife: Great! Welcome to a traditional extended family system. Auntie’s moving in for a while, so is my mother, your brother-in-law needs £4000 for his start up, I will NOT be working, you’re expected to contribute to your niece’s university fees, and everyone knows you got a bonus this year so our cousins want mountain bikes
