Lately I’ve posted on usefulness of mini grasping retractor for kidney cases. Better than a Tip Up or a Double fenestrated grasper. The Prograsp (most popular)=worst instrument to use for kidney retraction. Case in point: 3 renal artery partial needs optimal retraction/access.
