Hey @mazdausa I have been trying to set up autopay for my vehicle for weeks. @demontrondmazda told me I would be mailed payment account info and no one has sent me anything. I was told to set it up online and the system doesn’t recognize my VIN.

I called Mazda Financial and they said the dealership needs to advise because my VIN and SSN are not in the system. I have called and emailed DeMontrond repeatedly and no one will answer my calls or return my calls or emails. PLEASE HELP. I want to pay.
