Murkowski is sooooooooooooo awful. She was first appointed to the Senate by her father.  She is the biggest supporter of the NEA and AFT in the Senate, and they reward her with big campaign bucks and manning the precincts throughout Alaska each election cycle on her behalf.  She was involved in changing Alaska's primary voting system, to where it is now similar to California's jungle-election system.  Murkowski did that because she would be defeated in a Republican primary.  And the list goes on and on.  She is everything that is wrong with establishment Republicans, the ruling class, and DC.  Self-serving, self-promoting, and self-righteous about it.

Hostage advocacy groups and Gilman’s sister allege he has been tortured and injected with mind-altering drugs during his captivity. Gilman was arrested in Russia in 2022.
