Except the court order on 17th december 2025 has been lifted which specifically stated 2 important things:

1. Stopping, harassing, or arresting motorists over tinted windows.
2. Imposing or extorting fines under the guise of this policy.

Else, the problem is bigger than this video.

It means higher ranked officers do not know the law. An ASP posting and a CP confidently going against a court order yet to be lifted. Interestingly the @PoliceNG twitter handle still carries this evidence.
