Please let us know under which rule it is applicable?

उन्होंने अपनी मांग को उच्चाधिकारियों तक स्वयं पहुंचाने की कोशिश की, दिक्कत जानने और समझने की बजाय उन्होंने उस मैनेजर को ही सस्पेंड कर दिया।

On the other hand, @TheOfficialSBI has 2,44,250 employees for 46.77 Cr. customers and 22,266 branches.
