@aaron_renn Did you read the article? They literally won an earlier judgement once CSX abandoned the rail line. The city told them the cash value was based on limited owners rights which is entirely untrue based on the earlier csx ruling.

@eluketronix @danprimack If it’s closed loop the data center water burden isn’t nearly as massive compared to chip fabrication needing UPW. In fact chip fab could use more water in one day than a closed loop data center does in an entire year

You can get a green card by marriage, employment, investment or humanitarian aid refugee/aslyum. Investment??
