@Gooserb@SEA_labor It’s silent because today is the last day of the five days filing. Hopefully tomorrow receipt notices start go out, I don’t think there will be a lottery highly doubt it.
@Marvynembhard@H2BLawyer No tomorrow is the last day of the five days filing period. So maybe Friday if not definitely Monday! Because I don’t think a lottery will be conducted, so Friday Monday.
@Chickeyzz@H2BLawyer@mcvey442002@sayde_r No, only returning workers are qualified to participate in cap relief! Unless your from one of the northern triangle country.
@H2BLawyer@sayde_r I don’t think there will be a lottery when comparing last year 16,500 to this year 19,000 we got 2,500 extra this year. last year most of b,c & d made it with 2,500 less, so I’m gonna say this year is better with 2,500 extra if not the same result for the few groups. E to g out
@SEA_labor Why USCIS don’t make the announcement that the H2b cap has been met 41,000 + workers have been certified on dol website that cap was hot from atleast Tuesday & they still not announcing. All they gonna do is lie to the public saying the cap was met on a day it wasn’t😂.
@SEA_labor@SpeakSamuel@AFPfoundation Hey sea labor will group D receive there H2b workers?? I’m asking for a projection witch you always do each year regarding all group & where they stand.
@H2BLawyer Witch is fair enough, but it doesn’t matter how fast they go at this point group d is the only group that can make it to cap relief. If the cap is met on march 1 witch I EXPECT that means out of the 15 day they or already 3 days in, it’s impossible for D TO HAVE ALL CERTIFIED
@H2BLawyer I’m curious now that’s you got I-129 approve do you employers start the visa process for the workers to come in are they wait? cause April 1 is a bit a distance
