@gaecokayne @Ms_AbbyBuchanan Not a veg, but if you aren't allergic to shellfish then prawns are pretty high in protein. They're also veru versatile, so you can do them in curry, just pan fry or do them on the braai or eat in a salad, etc.

Eskom has announced it will suspend load-shedding tonight from 21:00 - 05:00 on 19 November and will go to Stage 1 until 21:00 on Friday.

For City customers, load-shedding will be suspended from 21:00 and there will not be load-shedding tomorrow.
