A Jamaica-born pilot was arrested and released in Paraguay over the weekend amid a probe into drug smuggling in the South American country.

He is Jabari Brown, a 21-year-old who recently went viral for winning a challenge hosted by social media mega star Mr Beast.

Reports out of Paraguay are Brown was among four nationals from the United States who were arrested on Friday and Saturday.

Brown, who was nabbed on Saturday, was the co-pilot of a flight on which more than US$3 million worth of marijuana was found.

Update: I sought council, "Being on the title creates a presumption of 50/50 ownership, but that can be rebutted. The court found one party paid for everything and the other made no meaningful contribution, so the ownership claim failed. No marriage, limited cohabitation, and no proven financial input were key factors." Thats the law 🤷🏽‍♂️

Interesting case, I'd love to see lawyer twitter speak on this one. His name was not on the titles via fraud or deceitful means. A break down in relationship doesn't supersede ownership rights. Very interesting indeed. 🤔
