The #Ethiopiangovernment stealing of food aid from its own starving citizens has given it the distinction to become the most corrupt and heartless government in the world right now. What has shocked all of us is not only the stealing of food aid from the hungry but the gross human rights violations, ethnic cleansing, massive corruption, and at the same time spending billions of dollars on ostentatious grand vanity projects, parks and so called beautification of Addis and governmental offices, the competition to construct white elephant palaces and sub cities, bogus industrial park projects, the scramble to give prime plots to Ruling Party favorites without bids, outright theft, mega corruption and inappropriate deals, mass gestapo like disappearances and arrests, deployment of the National Military forces to harass and massacre its own citizens, demolition of houses, Churches and Mosques, killings of hundreds of innocent monks, bombardment of monasteries, the emergence of utmost lawlessness in every corner of the country, massive displacement of people due to unrest and war-torn whole districts, government bulldozing residential neighborhoods and citizens in a Rwanda-like ethnic cleansing,… has become the new norm in Ethiopia today. Its  baffling how the Western mainstream media chose to ignore atricities being committed by the Ethiopian government on its own citizens. It seems the West is waiting till the death toll reaches millions and the country falls upart before they react.
#US, #UN & #IC should intervene NOW before Ethiopia falls into civil war and becomes a disaster that the world has not seen before.
