I built 4 mobile apps. All of them failed. Not zero revenue but I spent way more marketing $ than revenue $. It sucked. I pivoted to AI Agency. I have made $30K from two clients so far. Not an easy money but high profit because only cost is Claude Code $200*3. If you are an experienced builder, def recommend AI Agency.
we replaced a $5k/mo appointment setter with a claude + n8n automation system...
and it actually booked MORE calls than the human setter did
→ faster replies
→ better objection handling
→ zero missed leads
→ zero lunch breaks
→ zero turnover
so i documented the ENTIRE AI setter system behind it...
here's EVERYTHING that's inside:
→ the reply classification system handling 200-300 daily replies automatically (POSITIVE, NEUTRAL, NEGATIVE, REFERRAL, OBJECTION with 95%+ accuracy trained on real campaign data)
→ the claude code workflows that draft responses in under 2 minutes (calendar booking, objection handling, FAQ responses, qualification logic, follow-up pivots)
→ the n8n automation stack replacing 8.5 hours/day of manual setter work (reply monitoring, CRM updates, Slack alerts, follow-up tasks, reminder sequences, contract workflows)
→ the human review checkpoint that catches the 5% of AI errors before anything gets sent (15 seconds per reply instead of 8 hours of manual work)
→ the CRM automation layer syncing everything automatically into Attio, HubSpot, or Pipedrive
→ the speed-to-lead system responsible for increasing booking rates from 38% → 44% (2-3 minute responses instead of 15-30 minute human delays)
→ the post-call automation workflow that pulls Fireflies transcripts, summarizes calls, drafts agreements, and prepares contracts automatically
→ the objection handling database trained on hundreds of real outbound conversations
all backed by 100s of qualified meetings booked through this EXACT system

you don’t have to wait 60 days to get paid by Apple
you can get paid DAILY
I posted that I got a credit card to run ads…
then discovered there’s a whole industry built on paying you UPFRONT
I will summarize this industry for you, since I just explored it:
@getbraavo easiest setup, plug and play, dedicated platform. they do this full-time. you have to pay ~3.5% fee on the money
@adapty “adapty finance” product. I did a call with Max from their team who was awesome. they seem very flexible. 2.5% fee on the money BUT it seems encouraged/required that you setup Adapty SDK, which mean you’ll be paying another 1%, totaling 3.5%. if you turn off Superwall/RevenueCat and use Adapty instead (or you already use Adapty) then this beats Braavo objectively.
@RevenueCat “revenuecat daily payouts” product. it seems like it’s not ready for primetime, or at least, is only being served to certain customers. I believe it’s limited to the US right now, and even then, I’m currently waiting to see if I qualify. invite-only vibe. 2.5% fee on the money and I’m assuming it’s only for RC SDK users, so with the 1% RC fee, same 3.5% total as Adapty (great deal).
tldr;
Braavo is clean, easy, and has the most history doing this. It’s the most expensive UNLESS you ONLY use Superwall and don’t already have/want to integrate Adapty/RC. if you’re a Superwall-only maxxer, Braavo = good
Adapty is best if you already have Adapty or you’re down to make the switch to Adapty. If you want the best deal and you’re willing do a little legwork, Adapty = good
Revenuecat *will* be best if you already have Revenuecat. But it’s not currently the best, because it’s currently, heavily gated. If you’re in the US and your application is accepted, Revenuecat = good
I’ll probably make my decision tomorrow lol
hope this helps some devs and sorry if I misrepresented anything about the offerings here, please correct me if so!
Meet Higgsfield CLI + Marketing Skills.
Instead of burning tokens on bloated schemas, or shipping broken creative at scale, the CLI keeps agent spend lean and Skills keep output high quality.
Pairs with Сodex, Claude Code, Openclaw etc.
npx skills add higgsfield-ai/skills
Today, we’re open-sourcing the draft specification for DESIGN.md, so it can be used across any tool or platform. We’re also adding new capabilities.
DESIGN.md lets you easily export and import your design rules from project to project. Instead of guessing intent, agents know exactly what a color is for and can even validate their choices against WCAG accessibility rules.
Watch David East break down this shared visual language in action👇. New capabilities and links in 🧵
seems like this should be way bigger news🤯
s3 files effectively means that you no longer need to spin up a sandbox vm to give agents access to POSIX tools
you can now point arbitrarily large amounts of compute at s3 to run massively parallel agent swarms on the same filesystem
i'm beyond excited to play with this
It's launch day 🚀

Snapstick is currently in 8th position on Product Hunt 🥳
Thank you so much for your support, it means the world to me!
Competition is tight for a top 10 spot, so I still need all hands on deck 😅
If you have 2 minutes, I'd greatly appreciate a comment, upvote or retweet 🙏
If you, like me, just woke up, let me catch you up on the Claude Code Leak (I know nothing, all conjecture):
> Someone inside Anthropic, got switched to Adaptive reasoning mode
> Their Claude Code switched to Sonnet
> Committed the .map file of Claude Code
> Effectively leaking the ENTIRE CC Source Code
> @realsigridjin was tired after running 2 south korean hackathons in SF, saw the leak
> Rules in Korea are different, he cloned the repo, went to sleep
> Wakes up to 25K stars, and his GF begging him to take it down (she's a copyright lawyer)
> Their team decided - how about we have agents rewrite this in Python!? Surely... this is more legal
> Rewrite in Py
> Board a plane to SK🇰🇷
> One of the guys decides python is slow, is now rewriting ALL OF CLAUDE CODE into Rust.
> Anthropic cannot take down, cannot sue
> Is this "fair use?"
> TL;DR - we're about to have open source Claude Code in Rust

Introducing https://t.co/lF5HiRFQZw (oss apache 2.0)
We’re building the future of an AI-native workspace.
We rebuilt functionality from Slack, Linear, and Notion.
Our vision is simple: centralize context so small teams can work more efficiently with agents.
Mistral just open-sourced a text-to-speech model that beats ElevenLabs.
3 GB of RAM. Runs locally. Free.
The thing people were paying per-word for last year runs on your laptop now.
The coolest meeting I had this week with was Paul, who used ChatGPT and other LLMs to create an mRNA vaccine protocol to save his dog Rosie. It is amazing story.
"The chat bots empowered me as an individual to act with the power of a research institute - planning, education, troubleshooting, compliance, and yes, real scientific design work in converting genomic data to a vaccine prescription and designing the treatment protocol around it. But they worked alongside humans at every step. The combination is what made it possible."
It immediately got me thinking "this should be a company".
Also, Paul is an extraordinary guy. This should be easy to do, but it is not yet.
My dear front-end developers (and anyone who’s interested in the future of interfaces):
I have crawled through depths of hell to bring you, for the foreseeable years, one of the more important foundational pieces of UI engineering (if not in implementation then certainly at least in concept):
Fast, accurate and comprehensive userland text measurement algorithm in pure TypeScript, usable for laying out entire web pages without CSS, bypassing DOM measurements and reflow
LTX 2.3 is one of the most exciting video model releases I’ve seen lately
This is bigger than just better generations
It gives builders and creators access to a serious open video model with native vertical video, sharper details, cleaner motion, better audio, and direct API access, without the usual infrastructure headache
Check out these 10 amazing results 👇🏻
