What a way to end our integrated unit. After 3 weeks studying our digital text of 'Umbrella', students have empathised to create an imaginative text detailing the life of an orphan. That coupled with Visual Arts to create colourful art installations has brightened up our hallway!

Now more than ever we must remain strong for each other and our students. Most importantly, we must remain strong for ourselves.
Looking back on our #wackyweek10 staff wellbeing from term 2 and I think it's safe to say, we could all use a chill pill. @BelmoreSouthPS
Thanks @kjaggett for your deep questioning & robust collegial discussions around our cohorts performance in the Check-in Assessment. Can’t wait to see how further analysation and triangulation of external & internal assessment data impacts teaching & learning! @missloz86
Today's Talk-and-walkathon was so endearing! 🌟 Our Sunflowers got to share their interests and experiences with some of their older role models and gain quality connection with other students who can support and guide them in their school life! #wellbeing@BelmoreSouthPS
@BelmoreSouthPS yesterday afternoon and an outstanding chat about school improvement and their journey with visionary Principal @lurlmitchell and her outstanding executive members Vanessa and Alenka. Amazing data and evidence being collected. @JohnSelby6@JohnSelby6
@BelmoreSouthPS Stage 3 students demonstrated their understanding of our History and Science unit as they created artefacts for the people they learnt about and set up a museum installation using circuits for Stage 2 to come and view. The positivity and creativity was contagious!
Love hearing the students read out our school expectations as they walk around the school! The news signs are serving their purpose very well! Also Kenny the Kookaburra is loving all the attention! @BelmoreSouthPS@lurlmitchell
