@QuickBooks Do not buy quick books. 5 .5 hours with customer service over the course of a week (multiple calls) to fix a problem they have acknowledged in on their end and still no remedy. Literally being held hostage by their incompetence!

@QBCares continues to illustrate why you should use anyone but QBO!!! Emails saying issue is resolved and of course it isn't. Their "help" is to have me call the 800#. 4 hrs presently spent on this issue without resolution.
