Seeing how much the world accepts that it’s impossible to move on after watching CPR really makes me think about how we (medical professionals, especially those who work in Emergency departments) are expected to just move on immediately after a code.

It’s so amazing to me the differences people have towards men and women when it comes to sickness/medical procedures. With the twins I had a c section that resulted in a MASSIVE hemorrhage 3 units of PRBC and major fluid resuscitation.
It's wild to me that after C-section women aren't provided w/ PT/OT, and are told to essentially figure it out after their abdominal wall has been violated.
It’s not that I don’t appreciate the gesture, but - as has been said many times before over the years - having a bunch of strangers vote on whether or not my marriage is valid is actually pretty insulting.
