Really Disappointed @SamsungIndia not able to check the order on my account. I didn't get delivery date message. Just a mail confirmation. Why was I promised false date because this might lead to order cancellation because I m traveling and I won't be there to take the order.

@SamsungIndia I placed an order on Aug 27 for Samsung Galaxy S7 Tab. Before placing the order I enquired about the delivery date over the chat support and I was told that it will be delivered on 8th Sep, I placed the Order. Now I m being told it will be delivered on 14th Sep.

@SamsungIndia This is my first order with Samsung and this is the service I get. By the way your customer care services are also amazing..no one has any clue and when they didn't have any answer..call was disconnected. And now it says your toll free number is not valid.
