@BritishGas Your engineers are great, your systems appalling. New boiler fitted yesterday that doesn't work, smart monitor display that doesn't show electric, no current useage for gas or electricity in the app or my online account, trying to sort out a power flush since November.

@joymorrissey You voted to against an ammendment to stop water companies dumping raw sewage into the sea and rivers in 2021. The Thames runs through your constituency yet you put profit before your constituents and the environment then and I suspect this bill is weak enough to be meaningless

@GWRHelp I travelled by train through France yesterday with zero issues. Only final leg of my journey (GWR) was disrupted, late train out of Paddington meant 30 mins late getting home. This morning's cancelled train at Maidenhead means 30 minutes late for my meeting. Appalling.
