Passed from Customer Service (CS) to Local store (Meadowhall) to franchise store (Rotherham) and back to CS - each telling me to speak to the next.
Surely to goodness somebody owns a responsibility for something somewhere!

As a customer I am not responsible for your broken processes, or learning your back office admin processes to understand whether you’ve processed things correctly.
Neither do I expect to be spoken to with contempt and spoken over by CS staff. Should have gone to @Vodafone!!

@EE Some small hope for @EE finally someone with helpful advice about next steps…thanks Ryan at EE Meadowhall. Nevertheless - diabolical customer service means I have to visit yet another store.
Even more convinced I shoulda gone to @Vodaphone!

Don’t often take to X but I’m beyond frustrated with @ee Business Customer Service response today.
I don’t mind any company making human errors, but the true test is how they manage their customer response…call centre and chatbot epic fail! Shoulda gone to @Vodafone

@PostOffice Pretty sure I must be due 3.5 hours at my standard daily rate now, wondering whether the insurer Collinson Ltd provides any administration service for the fees charged…clock ticking.

@PostOffice - appalled! Service from your travel insurance @collinsoninsurance crap! Claim (straightforward) received by them 23/4, docs produced 10/5, pay in 7 days promised 20/6 still no payment 11/7!! 3 hour call today- SLAs crap feels like theft!!
