@chicagosmayor I just had to explain to a @cta station manager/operator why a suspicious package at @fly2ohare needs attention. It was written off at first and I wouldn’t stop until it was addressed. This is why people are mad about transit. What could be a bomb is waved off.

@cta @CTAFails @fly2ohare I reported a suspicious bag (one left alone with no one near it) to the operator by the blue line exit (where the bag was) and your operator didn’t care/take it seriously. I had to explain why it was a security risk. Operator ?ed if I was airport admin.

@cta @CTAFails @fly2ohare It is horrific that I had to explain that I knew it wasn’t on the CTA to fix but needed their help in getting ORD personnel to address. All your operator wanted to do was be sassy and explain why it wasn’t their problem.
