@simpleminingio I appreciate the responses I've getting on my broken miner (for about 1 month). Finally, I'm hearing something! Still don't know why a control board replacement takes so long, but unless they have the parts, it can't be helped. Honestly, I have no idea.

@simpleminingio I contacted my support rep and my account manager and after the second or third interaction, they stopped responding! Finally, Julie told me a control board was bad and I had to wait. After a week after it was supposed to resolved, I got ghosted.

@simpleminingio The details are: miner offline after it took an update, the tech installed a new PSU and closed the ticket, yet the miner wasn't hashing. Who closes a ticket when the machine doesn't hash?!? Then a new ticket was opened and the closed.
