Hello @jamestalarico (and other Texas state reps and mayors present). I would have hoped your advisors warned you against meeting with operatives such as Masoud Khayyat, who has praised terrorist attacks and openly expressed support for leaders of U.S. designated terrorist organizations.

Tonight, France burned. America, you should be watching very carefully.
Today, October 17, 2026, more than half a million people marched across France against the cost of living. By 8pm, around 400 had been arrested. In Paris, police turned water cannons on the crowds at Place de la République, and one march was stopped 150 meters from the Élysée Palace. Of the 195 people arrested in the capital by the afternoon, only one actually lived in Paris. Mobs forced their way into the city halls of Marseille and Lille. In Lyon, a tourism office was set on fire. In Rennes, barricades burned. Near Limoges, a highway was blocked and police cars were torched.
And then came Limoges.
A crowd of very young people stormed the city hall, a protected historic monument built in the 1880s. They flipped police cars in front of it and set them ablaze, then set the building itself on fire. The flames took the roof, the wedding hall, and the civil registry, the office that records every birth, every marriage, every death in the city. Tonight, the bell tower that has crowned Limoges for nearly 150 years collapsed.
The mayor's response: "It's a monument that is burning, not the Republic."
That is the problem in one sentence. Our leaders still think words can put out fires.
None of this came out of nowhere. For twenty years, the French political class has excused everything. Every riot was "anger." Every burned car was a "social symptom." Every attack on police was "a reaction to provocation." And the hard left, La France Insoumise, which officially backed today's mobilization, built its electoral machine on an alliance with political Islamism: refusing to condemn, refusing to name, trading secularism and public order for votes. In France we have a word for it. Islamo-gauchisme. Islamo-leftism.
Tonight you saw where that culture of excuse ends. A country where a mob can burn down a town hall, and the state arrives after the roof has already fallen in.
My dear American friends,
I say this with love, as someone who has lived among you and owes you a great deal: your midterms are on November 3rd. And the same alliance is growing inside your Democratic Party. The same far-left wing that treats disorder as protest and police as the enemy. The same activists who refuse to draw a line between legitimate dissent and those who openly despise the West. The same politicians who think tolerance means tolerating everything, including the people who want to burn it down.
It always starts with excuses. Then comes impunity. Then come the flames.
Same causes, same effects. If you create the conditions we created, you will get exactly what we got tonight.
France was the country of the Enlightenment, of cathedrals and town halls that stood for centuries. Tonight, one of them collapsed live on social media while the government called for calm.
My dear American friends, the only advantage you have over us is that you've been warned.
Vote like your city hall depends on it. Because one day, it will.
According to the Palestinian Authority's official school textbooks for grades 6 through 9:
• The Canaanites were Arabs
• Palestine grew tomatoes and potatoes in the 600s
• Muslims invented zero and reached America in the 800s
• The Third Crusade was in 1291, sent by "Britain"
• George Washington declared independence at the "Third Philadelphia Congress"
• World War I was fought by the Axis
• Israel burned al-Aqsa
• A terrorist who killed 13 children on a bus killed "soldiers"
• Ancient Israel did not exist
This is what UNRWA and PA schools are teaching to children.
Let's take a journey through the Palestinian Authority's fantasy world.
🧵
For a so-called historian, this is a remarkably blinkered tweet.
Once upon a time, there were tons of Israelis who supported a two-state solution. That was called the Labor Party -- the people who embraced Oslo, the people (like Yitzhak Rabin) willing to die for Oslo.
But then there was the second intifada. And the rise of Hamas. And the violent marginalization of any voices in Gaza that might have challenged Hamas. And the Palestinian Authority's consolidation of power in the West Bank. And on and on.
Note that, to the Western ideologue in love with Palestinianism, the Palestinians possess zero agency. They are, in his eyes, infants -- noble savages. They cannot be expected to do anything but rape and murder. They certainly can't be expected to hold elections.
He is the worst kind of racist.
Amazon is selling an Austin Powers/Dr. Evil Halloween costume that replaces the character’s original ring with a Jewish Star of David.
There’s already more than enough antisemitism in the world. Why put a Jewish symbol on a costume @Amazon?

In its breakdown on the Ed Sheeran tour debacle, @latimes doesn't merely report on it. Its writers tell readers which side is the “right side of history.”
And to get there, they leave out a rather important part of the story. 🧵
The quoted post scores a 1 out of 100.
Vast numbers of original Nazi documents, camp records, the Höfle Telegram, Wannsee Protocol, Himmler’s speeches, and Nuremberg trial evidence (thousands of German files alone) extensively document the Holocaust, including gas chambers. Typhus killed some inmates but was secondary; Allied bombings did not operate the killing facilities. The claim of “literally none” is pure fabrication.
Chabad helps Jews pray, eat kosher, celebrate holidays, put on tefillin and find a Jewish community when they're far from home.
They don't proselytize non-Jews.
Their "bases" are Jewish community centers.
David Miller has taken a map of those centers, renamed them "Jewish supremacist" and "extremist bases," and warns that their presence in major cities allows Jewish "deep penetration" into technology and mining.
Strip away the academic vocabulary and the story is remarkably old:
Jews are everywhere.
Jews are secretly connected.
Jews are infiltrating powerful industries.
Jews are a global threat.
Don't insult my intelligence by calling this "anti-Zionism."
He didn't map Zionism. He mapped Jews.
"Zionism is the expulsion of my grandparents from their home in Tiberias"
No it's not, your grandparents were Algerian settlers who chose to leave the city with the British *against the will* of the Zionists.
So you literally lie about your history to redefine Zionism.
“Do Not Refer to the Sept. 11 Attacks As Terrorist Attacks”: Memo from top official at Canada's state-funded CBC broadcast news agency. Instead, Basem Boshra informs reporters and editors, “The hijackings led to passenger jet crashes in Washington, Pennsylvania and Manhattan...”
Stunting affects a little more than 12 percent of children under five in Gaza, according to UNICEF.
It affects 20 percent across the Arab world.
And 22 percent worldwide.
If @NickKristof were a journalist, he would include this context -- and acknowledge that the accusations of "famine" and "genocide" lodged against the Jewish state have always been a lie, and he would acknowledge that he played no small part in helping to promulgate that lie.
But that would require integrity and a commitment to the truth. That would mean setting aside (or growing out of) one's inane, adolescent predilections, the narcissism, the self-righteousness, the self-preening, and becoming a serious person.
This dumb cunt uses the I’m a Jew here to defend Hasan Piker, but she literally wears a crucifix and says she loves and follows Jesus. Doesn’t sound Jewish to me.
Massive win for @NJACLaw: a federal court just held that attacking a Jew for wearing the Jewish flag is direct evidence of racial discrimination.
The "it's just anti-Zionism not antisemitism" excuse has now been raised, briefed, and rejected. On the record.
Let me explain:
