I’ve had no further update from Yodel and my parcel has not arrived as it was due to.

One thing post booking-my partner suffers from Coeliac disease so can’t eat Gluten and I’m unable to change his meal preference. Can this be done please?
@TUIUK Hi! I’m trying to book flights only and when entering both my son’s ages,the page errors asking to me to go back and search their correct ages.I searched their age upon return (as instructed) they’ll both be 1 year older.

@HelpAtGeorge I would like to make a formal complaint. You have taken my money, promised delivery, promised a refund & have failed at every opportunity. It’s now 25 days since my order should have been delivered. I have sent you a DM & would like a reply & my money back please.
