Something has shifted in what people ask me for.
It used to be "show us what AI can do." Then "teach us and build with us." Now it's mostly "get it the hell done, fast."
Everyone's telling you to chase ChatGPT mentions. Meanwhile Google is still sending you most of your customers.
Before you move time or budget, look at one consultant's numbers. 🧵
If you run a small business, this may sound familiar. You're out on a job, a new lead or booking comes in, and nobody sees it for hours. By then, that customer may have called someone else, even though you pay for tools that were supposed to help.
From Oct 30, if Meta's AI changes your ad and gets it wrong, that's on you.
Adweek read Meta's new terms: advertisers are "solely responsible" for what its AI features create or change, including features Meta switches on itself. 🧵
@RobertJBye I, for one, would love a more visual way to differentiate between projects and conversations, whether that's colour coding or iconography: anything to let me see through the massive amount of conversations I have in there at a glance.
@noahkagan Genuine question.
How do you, with all your success, and all of the effort you've put in to helping people, and teaching...feel behind?
You're out there leading.
Ok, maybe less question, more I hope you recognize the value you offer, and the work you do.
Selling sucks.
It really and truly does.
I don't care if it's $5 widgets, a $5,000 website, or a $5M technical project.
Selling anything, to anyone, is hard.
At least it is for me.
#MarketerMultiplied
@coreyganim Love it, though I'm off the Obsidian train. I've found Notion to be easier to manage, easier to access and more reliable...least for me.
Same principle though. Sadly my grok bots don't have something as simple as an agents.md, so I've had to do some discussion workarounds.
@mbertulli It's pure gold. Have whole teams of bots running different functions...hands down the best of the personal agents.
And I've just linked them to Claude/Codex, makes a perfect research complement to what Claude then builds.
