@Lyft - I had a major safety issue with my last ride and lyft ended up fining me. I was Feeling genuinely fearful during my recent @Lyft ride. The driver's shocking unprofessional conduct, reckless driving, and blatant disregard for traffic laws, including driving at 30 mph on the freeway while using their phone, compelled me to request an immediate exit within 10 minutes. I had to walk to a gas station to find another ride. To my disbelief, I was later informed of a $150 fine and account termination for allegedly leaving a bottle of urine in the car. This accusation is preposterous as I would never carry such an item from home to work. The most troubling aspect is Lyft's refusal to hear my side of the story. The absurdity of being accused of carrying a bottle of urine is beyond belief, especially given my impeccable 5-year history with Lyft. Prioritizing the driver's false narrative over a loyal customer's safety concerns is deeply unsettling and highlights a concerning disregard for rider safety. #LyftSafety
