One poss scary reading of the reason the govt's content to exclude 3m ish people from support schemes could be its prime aim was to support the economy, not the individual.

If it thinks its hit a critical mass for that, it can accept collateral damage of #excludedUK individuals

We now know thankfully furlough's helped 8.9m people alone. Yet 3m are #excluded from support schemes. Here's some of the things they may've done 'wrong'

-Changed jobs
-Started biz in last 18mths+
-Been freelance
-Ltd co directors
-Worked for agency
-Had employer who didn't care
