@RateYourCharge Casper WY EA station. App says one 350kw is OOS and another is derated. But unlike last week the units disagree with the app and say they are available. Not taking that chance, went with the 150 kw. Max rate 176kw.

@RateYourCharge today at ChargePoint Wellington, CO I-25 Kum & Go. All the stations were in service but were shown in-app in the wrong location. I sent an issue report but that crashed the app! This visit was an important top-up before heading to the EV no-man’s-land of Wyoming.

@RateYourCharge cold and rainy day limiting charge rate at Estes Park visitors center ChargePoint station. All are functional but two are missing a front cover around the screen so look broken. Pulling 100 kw because I didn’t take time to heat the pack.

@RateYourCharge EA charger at Target in Casper, WY. Both 350 kw dispensers are derated to 50 kw. They don’t say this on the screen, only the app. I warned a lady who pulled up in a Volvo to check the app first. Max rate 174 kw.

@RateYourCharge disappointed at the Gillette, WY EA station. Charge was going fine from 28% and maxed out at 228kw, but stopped at 46% with “voltage drop” error. Got another 5% with a restart, moved, other got me over 80% after a 3rd error! This station does this frequently.

@RateYourCharge back again at the @SheridanCDJR ChargePoint and have a longer time from having to go uphill when traveling in the opposite direction (who knew!) This trip would not have been possible without this station. 50kw constant, app was accurate and I’m on my way.

@RateYourCharge Billings, MT EA at Target. Newer Signet units. Max speed isn’t really relevant because I was over 60% SOC to begin with and getting on the road. All units 350kw, all display available and none derated.

I have never been able to activate a charge session from the app by plugging in first like it says on screen. Timed out, unplug, start from app and then plug.
