@wuds100 @CraigHope_DM He doesn't start on merit. It's in his own hands. Improve and get selected. He looks like he's played in a slower league and he has. He constantly looks like he'll get caught on the ball. How would you shoe-horn him in?

[knocky @knocky1892]

@Jenny_1884 It's always Pernod

[knocky @knocky1892]

@JohnV697346 @CharIieBennett Yes he is and no he didn't. Lewis Hall with cross but Pardo is a wide man who fancies himself as a CF. Just like Gordon did. We should have bought a target man for these 'false 9s' to play off.

[knocky @knocky1892]

@CharIieBennett Loved Mitro but it has to be David Kelly. I was devastated when Keegan let him go. He deserved a shot at the top flight more than anyone.

[knocky @knocky1892]

@LostBoyNUFC180 I'd like us to sign a traditional CF/target man. Wissa was 10x better playing off Osula.
There villa just took off Jackson and put on Tammy Abrahams. It's all about options.
Omar Janneh looks a decent option. Young, hungry, £10m 6' 2"

[knocky @knocky1892]

@ToonDeepDive That was horrendous

@SoalBhoy @stephebissett Underated reply 👏

@JohnEwanUK @BigEriczwwf @ChrisBlack10 The 14 are voting to protect themselves. The Greedy 6 are set in stone. They don't want others to join them unless it's themselves, so in reality they need as many teams as possible to fill the bottom 3 spots. We're all fighting for 17th. These rules keep the pack close together.

[knocky @knocky1892]

@JohnEwanUK @BigEriczwwf @ChrisBlack10 What good is an 80k stadium if we're attracting 30k supporters in the Championship.
A bigger question is current ground sponsorship etc. No doubt rules were brought in to restrict our (and others) growth.
FFP was a valid introduction but the new versions have ulteria motives.

@wuds100 @Gaz_2026 Kept Ginola quiet in FA cup semi final

[knocky @knocky1892]

@LukeEdwardsTele @StatesideToon The Premier League played second fiddle to the CL and cup competitions. We should have rested players for CL as our squad wasn't strong enough. We tried to compete on too many levels. Even after Europe we didn't improve. Letting Tonali miss the Sunderland game was a disgrace.

[knocky @knocky1892]

@LukeEdwardsTele @StatesideToon Our biggest problem last season was the fact that no-one at the club from Howe to the Saudis, understood what modern football is all about. Our priority should not have been the CL games, it should have been qualifying for the CL again. Building year on year.

@shaunyboy1980 @LiamJKennedy23 Wanting Howe out is different to a fire sale 🔥
