@deathtouch2k doesn't mean it is carcinogenic. And very likely it is a noise. Not sure if end June update will be game changer. Maybe need to wait until FDA label?
@deathtouch2k Great depth! Thanks! My question is based on published ph3 studies for many approved UC drugs vs placebo, the delta is lower than Obe. Despite in line with 0.5 pooling part 1 and 2, it is still higher than placebo. Again, I agree higher than placebo
@Biohazard3737@JusticeforB_MD Agreed very hard to beat XBI at this stage? It feels like funds are still investing. Look at all recent secondary offerings, amazing over subscriptions.
@Biohazard3737@JusticeforB_MD It seems to me investors (more so non specialty funds) are only chasing near term catalysts, which makes valuable companies suffer more. Once a while, M&A or data from random companies will drive or maintain index performance while top 20 names in funds do not have such luxury.
@deathtouch2k Is the 4 NMSC cases a signal for oncogenic profile? The cancer (3 or 2) plus NMSC cases quite an imbalance in 50mg vs the other 2 groups suggesting it is distinct
@A_May_MD However, it may pose higher risk to accelerate cancer for pts with existing oncogenic risks? Regardless, will be interesting to see more detailed OLE analysis.
@A_May_MD Very detailed analysis. Thanks Adam. Sort of agree. To me the prostate and breast can be unlucky stats (pts randomization etc). However do you agree that it is clear Obe 50mg had higher dysplasia risk? NMSC may be not a big deal
