🚨United Wholesale Mortgage has removed minimum credit scores on all agency loans effective immediately.

Loans backed by Fannie, Freddie, Ginnie (FHA, VA, USDA) will rely on AUS findings instead.

Credit scores will continue to be used for pricing, but not for qualifying.
