I had a "courier" driver deliver an envelope yesterday to my Landlord's house. The picture she sent was not the right address. And neither her NOR SUPPORT has been helpful. My support ticket got "escalated" stating 6-12 hours waitime. It's now 22 hours and I'm going to call the cops if I don't hear from someone soon.
