@Namecheap The local address is only used with a cc, correct? I've never had any correspondence or other interaction with namecheap that involved my local address. Registered phone & email were previously verified. Prior orders verified (with order #) How does my cc address help?

@AMCHelps 45m in the cold before an AMC employee opened up to speak with all of us. AMC Customer Care didn’t even offer to contact management at the theatre on our behalf to resolve immediately.
