@Namecheap is it common for your support to ask for my credit card address when 2FA with your mobile app stops working? After verification of domains, prior order #s, mobile phone #, and secret code via registered email on account? (~ 70m in chat)
@Namecheap After domain verification, phone verification, email verification (with secret code), order # verification, what does the address with my credit card add? If I was a bad actor, I already have the email with the order # that has that address, correct?
@Namecheap I also provided the web domains on the account. I appreciate the verification / security, but I don't know your support rep and getting the address used with my credit card crosses my line with what your rep needs to know
@Namecheap The local address is only used with a cc, correct? I've never had any correspondence or other interaction with namecheap that involved my local address. Registered phone & email were previously verified. Prior orders verified (with order #) How does my cc address help?

@AMCHelps 45m in the cold before an AMC employee opened up to speak with all of us. AMC Customer Care didnโt even offer to contact management at the theatre on our behalf to resolve immediately.
