MBDA ne se contente plus de vendre ses missiles à la Pologne : le géant européen s’installe désormais directement sur son territoire.

À Czosnów, près de Varsovie, MBDA vient d’inaugurer son premier site industriel polonais. Sa mission sera notamment d’entretenir et réparer sur place les lanceurs du programme antiaérien PILICA+, sans devoir les renvoyer au Royaume-Uni.

Le centre pourra prendre en charge jusqu’à six batteries simultanément. Un choix particulièrement stratégique : en cas de crise, la Pologne pourra maintenir une partie de son bouclier antiaérien directement sur son territoire.

L’enjeu industriel est immense. Entre PILICA+ et NAREW, Varsovie a commandé plus de 1 000 missiles CAMM et une centaine de lanceurs, tandis que le pays consacre désormais 4,8 % de son PIB à sa défense.

At the 2026 Gas Turbine Symposium, Ministry of Trade, Industry and Resources (MOTIR) and Korea AeroSpace Administration (KASA) outlined plans to achieve self-reliance in materials and component technologies and establish test facilities needed to support advanced aero-engine development. They intend to incorporate engine performance requirements and module-specific operating conditions from early stages of R&D and secure core materials, components, and infrastructure ready for system integration in line with the full-engine development schedule.

Former Australian M1A1 AIM Abrams tanks in Ukrainian service with different levels of additional anti-drone protection.

Photos 1–2 show an Abrams of the 425th Assault Regiment “Skelya” with an additional anti-drone armor package.

Photos 3–4 show another former Australian M1A1 AIM Abrams operated by tank crews of the 225th Assault Regiment, fitted with a much heavier anti-drone protection package, including a large frame structure and “hedgehog” elements.
