@PenFarthing@metpoliceuk@UKChange Having just watched the videos these dogs were under control and even calmed by the owner just before the first dog was shot. Someone was trigger happy, at that point it was totally unnecessary. The dogs complicated the situation and the police overreacted.

No thank you, my argument remains while in credit, with a good payment history, the customer should be able to set the direct debit to any amount of their choosing.

3 months since I cancelled my direct debit with @OVOEnergy as they would not be reasonable and still £111.88 in credit
This is after they tried to force up my payments to £178 month
For the privilege of them being wrong I now pay a higher unit rate. Well done #ovoenergy@ofgem

@aventus_consult @OVOEnergy@MartinSLewis They did this to my parents with a similar amount and I agree with what you say. Their payment system is very bias in their favour. I just cancelled my own direct debit as they refused to reduce it to the correct amount. #ofgem seem to allow it
