I have never met Amos Wekesa, though I pass by his company premises frequently. I would like to commend his devotion to and promotion of tourism. It’s true that tourism is his source of income but he is also happy doing what he does. I don’t know whether there is a medal for doing what he does but definitely he deserves a medal.
I am writing this after seeing him on UBC with a large group of people at the Equator monument at Kikongoro near Kazinga Channel in Queen Elizabeth National Park.
The Rwenzori Marathon is becoming something special and will become bigger and he has some great contribution in publicizing it.
If everyone contributes in their area like Amos does in his, the country would be very far.

Dear Uganda government,as a concerned citizen,i suggest that you should open up an Institute where whoever wants to work as a boda boda should first go through it.Some of the things to be taught in the institute are traffic rules like adhering to traffic lights,riding on the left side of the road,manners on the road,wearing helmets,carrying one person etc.
One should be allowed to buy a boda after gaining a certificate from the institution and that’s what should be presented before buying a bike and if stopped by police at any given time.
I guess this will help in cubbing a good percentage of the ongoing road accidents,robbery and many more being brought by the boda bodas.

How does it take 2 months to get a certified Company Form 1 from @URSBHQ. You can't open a bank account without this Form. While "fixing" corruption, you create another avenue to maintain it. To be in this system becomes harder and harder.
