Part 2's gonna be a mix as well cuz i was LAZY to update ngl
- friend lifted me, said i was heavy
- friend that keeps calling themselves fat is the same height yet weighs less than me
- STRONGEST: other 🏚️ twt accounts with the same character theme that r way skinnier than me
THINGS THAT MOTIVATE ME TO KEEP GOING THREAD
Part 1: Mix of multiple weeks
- saw several uw ppl in a college
- sum1 said my weight for my height wasn't good & that i'd be okay once i lost 23+ pounds
- the comments in those "tips for high school im 5'0 & 90 lbs" vids
@Xinqiudot@oonlysunoo@cherryygelato i dont get it, how?? it surprises me, i mean, im sorry if this comes off as rude but i am genuinely confused: you are uw and yet you still think i have an ed? how come?
@6pktr when you first started, did you think it would take you six months or did you expect it to take way more? this is an astonishing change, very significant, please take care!
so seriously, what bmi do people with an ed start being at risk of death at? don’t lie please. if you are going to be one of those people that say “any bmi” provide a source or a true story #edrtwt#shedtwt
@oonlysunoo@cherryygelato to clarify i do eat an intake of 850-940 cals daily but again i dont see myself as having an ed until i hit bmi 20-19 or maybe even low 21s depends 🤷
@oonlysunoo@cherryygelato no, currently i dont see myself as having an ed until i hit bmi 20 or 19. im on shedtwt/edrtwt to talk to others + motivation to hit my gw/ugw
@_tinytaffy try paneer if youre not vegan 👅 but if u are (or not thats ok u can try this still lol) then try butter chicken with tofu instead of chicken
@shotos_cuties may i ask, how did you get put on a feeding tube on bmi 23? what were your behaviors like? you dont have to answer if u dont want to, i hope youre doing better now tho
@hihannahbye@Luckyofedtwt@cherryygelato (if my reply didnt send, i do wanna reword this better anyways) but what about for bmi 22+? does it apply to those ppl too?
