@hieudinh_ I opened with Northwest and had the best experience. They charge for LLC filing + for optional EIN if you want them to handle it for you. It took roughly 21 days to get all the docs including EIN.
@nurlannurmanov@alexcooldev yes, but you need to file just ONE form once a year if you are fully non- US resident. And usually registered agent helps you with that. So I dont see any issues with that.
I did it last year as a non-US person.
Setting up a US LLC + Stripe/bank was way easier than I thought.
Step 1: Setting up US LLC. I used Northwest. You can do it yourself but they make it easier. Choose Wyoming unless you want to get investment etc. Cheapest state, has privacy etc. Just fill out their form. Basic info. 10-15 minutes. Easy.
Step 2: Get your EIN. This is usually the complex and time-consuming part. Without it you cannot apply for banking. But Northwest has a service for this - they do it for you. I paid them and it took around 20 days to get the EIN. The US LLC itself was done in one day.
Step 3: Apply for a US bank. Once you have your US LLC + EIN you can apply to US banks. Most people use Mercury. I did the same. You apply, fill out their form and done. They review it in 1-2 days. Once they approve -congrats, you have a US bank and now have full access to US fin. infrastructure (Stripe, PayPal etc.)
Time: 20-25 days to get fully up and running
Cost: $350-$400
