I have been trying to tag support from X and X developers but those posts are blocked. Why do I only get 401 errors with my valid access_token when I use the "free" developer account?

@Support @premium @XDevelopers @X When I try to use any v2 API endpoint I get a 401 error. I have an access_token from the Authz code w/ PKCE flow. I can't even use the refresh on /token. Do I need to pay or can I do this "free"?
