@ChrystianLehr On certain Cybertrucks, it’ll charge right side up. From what I’ve read, it seems earlier builds require the Duo to be upside down. And on later builds, they moved the charging coil down a bit.

@willtaylorx This is exactly how I feel. It’s maddening to see them releasing to stores while we’re waiting for 1-3 more weeks. @Apple did not execute this release properly. They’re prioritizing store traffic and walk ins over people who placed a preorder 2-3 mins after preorders went live.

@pechi31 @CyberAmped Seems like Tesla moved the charging coil location between the June - December 2024 builds.

Mine was built November 15, 2024. Should be getting my Duo Nov 2 - 9. Will check to see if it charges right side up or uoside down.

@TDevontaT @rsgnl My local store (Boston area) had zero Duos. Only one store in the area had…4. I wasn’t going to drive 20 mins to the store. Will wait for my online order to be delivered.
