I arranged another day off work - but 2nd technician decided not to show up at all!
Today agents came and were told to go to the branch, 3 times and each time we were told it’s an IT issue.
18 May to date, no internet and no help from STC.

I had to take time off from work to stay for technician appointments.
One technician turned up after 1 week to tell us - it’s not his job.
Spoke to numerous different agents from complaints department, who confirmed someone would come the following day.

Very disappointed with the customer service from @STC_BHR
14 days without internet, many calls to their representatives only to be given excuse after excuse.
2 students at home, couldn’t attend online classes for 2 weeks.
@STCcare_BHR@j2mil89 More than six months you didn't solve issue, how you will solve his issue in one week ? Althought my case is easier than his #stc_joke
