Example B: Set a streak for an entire year. Call your mom once a week with as much positive energy as you can muster every single time.

Example C: On a walk tell yourself you have to compliment at least 2 people before you can head back.

Example D: In business, set different number milestones and attach 'unlocks' to each level. A boat day with friends, a dinner where you cook steaks for everyone, a plane ticket somewhere you've always wanted to go.

Example E: Send voice notes to your friends randomly impersonating funny accents. This one's good.

Example F: When trying to focus on deepwork, do pushups to failure, beat your chest, and get hype as if it's pre-game to your high school state finals. Idk for me this works.

Example G: If you struggle getting moving in the morning. Tell yourself the night before to literally leap out of bed once you wake. Run into the shower. Freezing cold water. Scream and yell at the water imagining you're Maximus Decimus Meridius facing down your sworn enemy. Then start your day.

Example H: Share an apple note with a friend keeping a running count of something random. Ideally an inside joke. Like amount of cigs smoked in Europe. (proceed with caution)

Example I: Start your day with writing something humorous. Humor is the best emotion.
