Insulting treatment @Telstra after 5 days the website says our service is fixed and then refreshes to say it will be fixed in the next day 😡that’s been the same message for the last week!! Not happy

@Telstra hopeless!! in the north shore of Sydney 2 blocks from the pacific highway. Us and neighbors have been without phone and internet for 5 days!! No explanation or assistance from Telstra. Makes it very difficult to run business and for the children studying for the HSC.
