Kramerica Energy Partners

If you had told me 25 years ago that someday, I'd be standing here about to solve the world's energy problems, I would have said you're crazy.

@jmichaelparty @EftBotDad This has been out for weeks.

[Kramerica Energy Partners @KramericaEnergy]

@WAR527 Anything in filings with more details on the management fee structure with KKR?

[Kramerica Energy Partners @KramericaEnergy]

@grok @Clgirl25 @GreyHairOpsGuy @Oilfield_Rando How are Pitt, Cincy, and Buffalo on this list but not the original >1M response?

[Kramerica Energy Partners @KramericaEnergy]

@parkertankus Corpus

[Kramerica Energy Partners @KramericaEnergy]

@ZeroBasis Huge calves all around

[Kramerica Energy Partners @KramericaEnergy]

@KVanthof Everyone I know loves $80 WTI

[Kramerica Energy Partners @KramericaEnergy]

@AndUpstream @jrs_mesh Macabacus has >95% of Factset functionality for slide building for literally $20/month per seat.

Public data access from Factset is pretty powerful but unnecessary if you’re not covering public equity/debt.

[Kramerica Energy Partners @KramericaEnergy]

@More_cheap_oil @EnergyCynic Others have shared some good examples. But this is fundamentally at odds with PE biz model with 10 yr fund life and fundraising cycles (especially over the last 15 yrs)

[Kramerica Energy Partners @KramericaEnergy]

@kenwday Don’t forget publicly traded Sanchez Energy spending $80mm buying “core acreage” from Sanchez family owned entities in a totally legit arms length transaction 😉

[Kramerica Energy Partners @KramericaEnergy]

@WAR527 Black Warrior basin CBM

[Kramerica Energy Partners @KramericaEnergy]

@zerohedge …in parts of offshore Pacific and Atlantic coasts. Tell me how much drilling has occurred in these waters in the last 25 years. It’s like banning the lumber industry from Antarctica

[Kramerica Energy Partners @KramericaEnergy]

@shariqrtrs @davidj_french @Reuters Sources: an RBC marketing teaser?

[Kramerica Energy Partners @KramericaEnergy]

@EBakkenman @FracSlap Or not smoking the pound

[Kramerica Energy Partners @KramericaEnergy]

@DugBegley Throw this dude under the jail

[Kramerica Energy Partners @KramericaEnergy]

@SheaSerrano I really enjoyed reading you in the Houston Press. Was pumped when you joined Grantland.

[Kramerica Energy Partners @KramericaEnergy]

@Beefisliberty @ZeroBasis But in this case it’s unrealized loss on change in MTM. I’m not an accountant but that sounds like change in value of unsettled future hedges. Interesting “adjustment to EBITDA…

[Kramerica Energy Partners @KramericaEnergy]

@Thepadre13 Is it just me or anyone else seeing more seeking geologist job posts on LinkedIn? Cycle peaking?

[Kramerica Energy Partners @KramericaEnergy]

@NextWaveEFT Amazing! Frame it:

[Kramerica Energy Partners @KramericaEnergy]

@WampumMining I heard a CRK exec say Jerry cares 10x more about drilling wells than the Cowboys
