However, I received a false notification that delivery attempted but failed .

Our order has been stuck for last 5 days. It is showing 10km away from us and not being delivered.

We have been calling 3 time everyday for last 5 days. Everyday customer support says “it will be delivered in next 24 hours”. But no action!
