@rickyboleto Zinc supplements are my go to if I get a cold/cough. Steaming nose & throat. Honey. Avoid decongestants like Nightnurse and Lemsip Max Strength - people like us shouldn't take them. I have a really bad reaction to Lemsip.

@MichaelRosenYes We need libraries. Providing public library services is a statutory obligation which many councils are choosing to ignore. Libraries must be properly funded and we need to get better at recognising the value that professional librarians bring to literacy etc.
