The absolute chronological absurdity of a quantum sequence:
1916: Einstein publishes General Relativity, laying the absolute infancy of black hole theory.
1920: A dying Ramanujan writes down 17 cryptic functions w/o proof on a mat in Tamil Nadu.
1970s: Hawking formalizes black hole thermodynamics.
2000s: Modern string theorists realize they cannot solve quantum black hole equations without a new mathematical tool.
2002 - Present: Physicists look back & find that the exact tool they need was sitting in a letter written by a bedridden Indian clerk 100 yrs prior.
For the last 15 years, I've always had one dream and desire which was to make Indian history interesting for everyone.
In that time period, I have tried writing blogs, long-form posts, stories and threads, to do exactly that.
Some worked, most didn't. But with every post, I always had this nagging question.
Why is Indian history always taught with a tunnel vision. Why is it so fragmented?
Why do we always learn things from the perspective of one empire, kingdom, king or invader.
Why do we never see an all India view of history?
I mean most of us struggle if we are ever are asked this question
1. What was the true extent of the Mughal Empire at its peak?
2. Who were the Cholas' contemporaries in North India?
3. While Muhammad Ghori was fighting the Second Battle of Tarain, who ruled Thanjavur?
4. While Harsha ruled Kannauj, who ruled Assam?
I have always wished there was a simple way to see the political map of India for any year in Indian history.
I have always wished there be a place where
1. One Could Select any year and instantly see who ruled every part of the Indian subcontinent.
2. One could Discover the important events that happened in that year
3. One could select a time period, say 1700 - 1947, and see how the Indian subcontinent evolved in that period.
4. How did one tiny red dot in West Bengal, from a tiny red dot in Europe, somehow came to rule an entire subcontinent of 400 million people,
For years, that idea remained just an idea and a dream because
1. I didn't know how to build a website.
2. I couldn't afford to hire someone who could.
Then Claude Came along.
Thanks to generous support and heavy lifting by Claude, over the last few months, that 15-year-old idea is slowly transforming into a reality.
And today, it has reached a position, where I'm excited to share with all of you, the first sneak peek of https://t.co/6ph2s9Zzl9
It is my attempt to create an interactive historical atlas of India that lets you travel through time and explore the political history of the subcontinent, one year at a time.
This is my attempt to make history interactive and fun.
I'd love to hear what you think.
A convention centre named "Kalaignar Arivalayam" being built at a cost Rs. 550 Crores near Mahabalipuram.
Public Works Department of TN Government is building it. Former Chief Minister @mkstalin inspected the ongoing works two days ago - in what capacity - I do not know.
A news report in @the_hindu says that the project is waiting for 7.62 acres of land to be "transferred" by @tnhrcedept -
it is obvious that these lands would either be Hindu Temple lands or Hindu Endowments' lands since the misfits in @tnhrcedept are aware that the Fraud Department has zero lands to offer or transfer. It seems @the_hindu newspaper is not aware.
HR&CE Minister @RameshOffcl should take immediate steps to prevent alienation/transfer of lands of Hindu institutions for the purposes of convention hall named after anti-Hindu Karunanidhi.
After all, the lands are said to be required for entrance arch, landscaping etc. of the convention hall. Not at all essential.
Hindu Temple/Endowment lands are NOT sitting ducks to be taken by misfits, frauds and the corrupt.
As a 7 Judge Bench of Hon'ble Supreme Court said in 1954 they are generally INALIENABLE.
BIG BREAKING NEWS 🚨 Kolkata's Suhrawardy Avenue has been renamed now after Gopal Patha by BJP Govt.
UNPRECEDENTED AND HISTORIC DECISION !!
Suhrawady was responsible for the deaths of thousands of Hindus in Calcutta.
Whereas Gopal Patha saved lakhs of Bengali Hindus on Direct Action Day called by Jinnah.
Major Historical wrong has finally been rectified !!
No journalist asks Rahul Gandhi, before Narendra Modi became Prime Minister of India, your grandmother, your two aunts, their husbands, and their children—in other words, your entire Italian family—lived right here in Delhi.
In what capacity were they given three government bungalows, and in what capacity did they attend all government functions?
And why did this entire "Maino" family flee to Italy like thieves just 15 days after Narendra Modi became Prime Minister?
Today, Rahul Gandhi often visits Italy under the pretext of visiting his grandmother; but during the 10 years of Congress rule—and even before that, when Rajiv Gandhi was Prime Minister—this cunning man never visited Italy.
This was because Sonia Gandhi's entire maternal family lived in Delhi and were given 5 bungalows in Lutyens' Zone.
Even Sonia Gandhi's childhood friend, Quattrocchi, lived in those Delhi bungalows.
Sonia Gandhi's mother, Paola Maino, participated in government work and attended many events at the Rashtrapati Bhavan, where the entire government machinery was at her service.
Sonia Gandhi has 3 sisters, two of them lived in India, while one ran a large antique shop in Rome and Milan.
Several archaeologists have reported that rare Indian artifacts were taken abroad under the guise of exhibitions and later declared stolen so they could be sold at Sonia Gandhi's sister's shop.
In this way, many precious and rare Indian statues were stolen. Artifacts were taken abroad for exhibitions and then returned to Sonia Gandhi's sister's shop under the guise of theft.
Now, do you understand why Congress is so angry with Modiji? Why do they want to remove him? It's so that the 'thieving family' can continue their thievery.

*Why are people desperate to see Sri Kedarnath now...* b
*Here’s the answer... 👇👇*
*DRDO research and the secret of the blue light coming from the Shiva Linga at night....*
*1. 2013 Disaster: Kedarnath was submerged, but the Shiva Linga didn’t move.....*
16 June 2013. A cloudburst in Kedarnath. A tsunami in the Mandakini river. 10,000 people died. The entire town of Kedarnath was washed away.
But see the miracle - the Kedarnath temple didn’t even get a scratch. A 1000-year-old temple stood firm amid boulders coming at 400 km/hr.
Why?
Because a huge rock got stuck behind the temple. 20 feet tall, 60 feet wide. It protected the temple like a shield.
Scientists said - "Coincidence."
Devotees said - "No, Bhim Shila. Mahadev sent it."
But the real secret came out 10 years after the disaster. In 2023.
*2. DRDO Research: When radiation came from the Shiva Linga*
May 2023. Char Dham Yatra started. A DRDO and ISRO team was doing a "Himalayan Energy Study" at Kedarnath. They took a Geiger Counter inside the temple - to measure radiation.
As soon as they entered the sanctum, the machine went crazy. Beep... Beep... Beep...
Normal radiation: 0.1 microsievert/hour
Near the Shiva Linga: 7.8 microsievert/hour - 78 times higher!
Biggest shock: Between 12 AM and 3 AM, radiation would reach 15 microsieverts. At that time, thin blue-golden rays of light would come from the Shiva Linga.
Visible to the eye. As if the Shiva Linga was breathing.
Team leader Dr. Vikram Rathod took a photo. Nothing showed up on camera. The light was visible only to the human eye, not to digital sensors.
The government hid the report. "People will panic. The Yatra will stop."
But a junior scientist, Ananya Sharma, secretly took a sample - water poured on the Shiva Linga.
*3. What Ananya discovered: When it turned out the water wasn’t ‘Teertham’, it was ‘fuel’*
IIT Delhi Lab. Ananya tested the water.
Result - shock:
1. Tritium H-3: Radioactive hydrogen in water. Nuclear fusion fuel. 1 liter of tritium = energy equal to 80 lakh liters of petrol.
2. Monoatomic Gold: This form of gold becomes a superconductor at room temperature. Found in Egypt’s pyramids too.
3. ORMUS Element: 'Orbitally Rearranged Monoatomic Elements'. Scientists believe this can repair DNA and increase lifespan.
Ananya realized - Kedarnath water isn’t normal. The Shiva Linga isn’t a stone. It’s an ancient nuclear reactor.
The light between 12-3 AM is Cherenkov radiation - seen in a nuclear reactor core.
But the question - at 12,000 feet altitude, who made this technology 1000 years ago?
*4. Rawal Ji’s Diary: A 400-year-old secret*
Ananya went back to Kedarnath. Met the temple’s chief priest Rawal Bhimashankar Ling. 85 years old. Doing puja since 1947.
"Rawal Ji, tell the truth. What is this light?"
Rawal Ji smiled. "Beta, you’re not the first scientist. Nehru Ji also came in 1952. But some secrets aren’t found in books, they’re found in tradition."
He took out a copper-plate diary. 400 years old. Written by his great-great-grandfather.
Written in the diary:
"After 5000 years of Kaliyug pass, when fire rains from the sky, Kedara will awaken. A blue-golden flame will come from the Shiva Linga. That flame isn’t a flame, it’s Mahadev’s third eye. A sinner who sees it turns to ash. A devotee who sees it becomes immortal."
"This Shiva Linga isn’t Swayambhu. The Pandavas made it. Arjuna cut the diamond-stone with Gandiva. Bhima brought mercury from Nagaloka. Nakula-Sahadeva poured Soma Rasa. Yudhishthira chanted Vedic mantras. It took 36 days. Purpose - when dharma decreases in Kaliyug, this energy center will protect humanity."
*5. Amavasya night: When Ananya saw the light*
15 August 2023. Shravana Amavasya. Ananya decided - I’ll be in the sanctum at 12 AM tonight.
Usually, Christians light up candles for Christ
But what did converted Christians Rice Bags do!
They convert our Devi Kamakshi velakku (Diya) to Christ Vilakku (Diya) - Instead of Kamakshi they have Cross & Mary !!
You convert because you dont like Hinduism but why follow Hindu customs & traditions !!
Archeologists dropped a new bombshell!🔥
A newly analysed, directly dated OCP Copper Hoard weapon has revealed something explosive: it contains up to 30% iron and belongs to around 2000 BCE. 1🔥🔥🔥🔥
This single finding overturns decades of textbook claims about when iron use began in India.
For years we were told that the subcontinent only entered the Iron Age around 1000 BCE and that all Vedic references to iron must therefore be late.
But this darker, copper–iron alloyed weapon, far removed from the typical reddish hue of pure copper, fits astonishingly well with the metallurgical vocabulary of the later Vedic texts.
The Yajurveda and Atharvaveda repeatedly speak of Kṛṣṇa Ayas and Śyāma Ayas, terms meaning dark, blackened, or dusky metal.
Scholars struggled to explain these references under the 1000 BCE Iron Age model, but the OCP weapon’s composition finally resolves the puzzle.
A copper–iron alloy with about 30% iron naturally produces a darker, harder metal, precisely matching the textual descriptions.
Even in Rāmāyaṇa and Mahābhārata, the weapons described as dark or blackened never aligned well with the narrative of a late-arriving Iron Age.
Now, with actual artefacts reflecting this alloy at 2000 BCE, the material record and the textual record are unmistakably aligned.
Ṛgveda, in contrast, mostly uses the simple term Ayas meaning “metal”—which in early contexts overwhelmingly refers to copper.
This is exactly what one expects from a text whose composition ends before widespread copper–iron alloying, that is, by around 1900 BCE during the final phase of the Sarasvatī civilisation.
Later Vedic texts describing darker metals fit chronologically after 2000 BCE, while the Ṛgvedic use of generic Ayas fits a copper-dominant world.
This single discovery therefore collapses the long-held assumption that iron in North India appears only after 1000 BCE.
With directly dated alloyed weapons from 2000 BCE, and with Vedic literature already distinguishing between reddish copper (Ayas) and darker copper–iron alloys (Kṛṣṇa Ayas, Śyāma Ayas), the entire colonial chronology begins to melt.
The archaeological record is now catching up with what the texts had always preserved.
I have lived in Germany for 30 years. I also have travelled in almost 40 countries in Europe, South, Middle and North America, North Africa and Asia before coming to India. Yet, of all the countries I visited, I clearly love India the most. I once even dreamt that in front of me there was a thick, 3-dimensional map of India. Looking at it my heart expanded and I felt great love. Still dreaming I was surprised that one can love a country so much.
It was, however, not love at first sight. After my first visit during my studies, I supposedly even said, “Never again India”, my mother claimed. I had come back to Germany weak from a stomach upset. Only on my second visit – intended as a short stopover that lasts meanwhile 45 years – India showed me what amazing treasure she hides under her noisy and often challenging surface.
I realized that in India an intensive, dedicated and essential inner search for what is truly true has been made since time immemorial. The findings of this search are startling and comforting to all of humanity and corroborated by modern nuclear physics:
‘Beneath’ EVERY appearance in this universe, including our own person, there is the same ‘Real Presence’ (or whatever one wants to call That which is formless and nameless) – living, loving, indestructible, mighty, infinite. To uncover it is the purpose of life and its fulfillment.
Every country has good and bad people. But India has also wise and enlightened people, more than any other place, and they make India special – a country of light (Bharat) in spite of occasional, apparent darkness.
May the Light illumine the intellect of all….
For four thousand years, the Indian subcontinent was the centre of world trade. Sumerian tablets record Indian ships reaching Mesopotamia in the third millennium BC. Rome ran a permanent trade deficit with India. By 1600, Surat was the richest port on earth.
Then, within a single lifetime, India lost its maritime supremacy almost entirely.
The conventional explanation is that Europe arrived with superior ships and weapons. It is a comforting story and it is largely wrong. The deeper cause was internal.
Indian commerce was extraordinarily sophisticated. Surat's leading merchant, the Jain financier Virji Vora, was reputedly the richest man in the world; the East India Company borrowed from him. Merchants of every religion and origin traded together because the system rested on two foundations: religious toleration, established by Akbar, and predictable, low-tariffs. Customs duties were around five per cent. Contracts were honoured. Trust was the real currency.
There was one structural weakness. In Venice, Amsterdam and London, the state and the merchant class shared an interest in trade and invested in it together. In Mughal India, the ruling elite was indifferent to commerce. Merchants financed the state; the state never encouraged merchants.
When Aurangzeb became hostile, merchants had no protection. Religious toleration was abandoned. Temples were destroyed, punitive taxes on non-Muslims reimposed, the Sikh Guru executed. Forty years of war followed. East India Company imports from India fell ninety per cent in seven years. Eight thousand merchants abandoned Surat in a single exodus.
They relocated, many of them to an insignificant island Britain had received as a royal wedding dowry, because it offered the security and toleration the Mughal state had destroyed. It also offered English Common Law. Within a generation Bombay was the commercial capital of India. The Wadia family built the Royal Navy's finest ships there. The Tata dynasty traces its origins to this migration.
Europe did not defeat Indian commerce. It inherited it, by providing the conditions Indian merchants needed and their own rulers had thrown away.
This is not an argument about colonialism. It is an argument about something more fundamental, and it is the thread running through all three of my books on maritime trade. The second ‘The Millennium Maritime Trade Revolution’ is subtitled ‘How Asia Lost Maritime Supremacy.’ It is hardly ever lost to a stronger rival but when a society stops valuing the openness, toleration and commercial purpose that made it great. Portugal did it. The Dutch Republic did it. Britain, in the 20th century, did it too.
The conditions of prosperity are always a choice. And they can be unmade by a single generation that comes to value something else more.

Yesterday, it was mentioned in the Assembly that the HR&CE (Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments department) would be completely revamped. Going forward, temple money will only be spent on temples and related activities.
Today, the Government of Tamil Nadu issued two Government Orders (G.O.s) and cancelled 46 projects that involved building commercial wedding halls and commercial complexes on temple lands using temple funds.
Credit where it is due. This is a right decision by the state government.
I had deactivated my X account two days ago. I was not feeling elated with my daily feeding Hindus who, in general, do NOT care about their Temples and Dharma - with victory news from Court actions or about the violations of Dharma and Law by the instrumentalities of the Government and the infamous @tnhrcedept
I did not want to be in Twitter for some time.
But Yesterday and Today - Hon'ble Chief Minister Shri Joseph Vijay @CMOTamilnadu and his Hon'ble Minister for the Hindu Religious Department @RameshOffcl have given me - and the Temple Worshipping Hindus in Tamil Nadu - very good news and great expectations! I activated my Twitter account to share the good news!
In the Governor's address in the Assembly yesterday - the intentions of the Chief Minister
- (1) that Temple Funds would henceforth be used only for the pious purposes of temples and
(2) the past instances of mismanagement in @tnhrcedept would be corrected
--- came out very clearly! Very positive developments !!!
As a follow up today Government has issued two G.O.s and has cancelled 46 projects of commercial wedding halls and commercial complexes using Temple lands and funds - which were announced in the previous DMK regime
Only a handful of us who took this matters to Court and struggled for the past 5 years to save the funds of Temples know what a great development this is. Incidentally - exactly one year ago on 19.06.2025 I got a massive stay order on commercial constructions using temple funds from the Hon'ble 1st Bench of Madras High Court, which the @tnhrcedept did not care to obey under DMK regime.
With deep anguish I had prayed for the welfare of our temples yesterday in Sri Koodal Azhagar Temple and in Sri Meenakshi Sundareswarar Temple, Madurai - Gods have blessed us with good news. !!!
In my opinion it takes a great leader to do more and talk less. @CMOTamilnadu Shri Vijay is action oriented and we, Temple Worshipping Hindus, appreciate the positive steps taken by him.
Thank You Sir !
The West removes ancient experiential wisdom from its cultural context, maps it to a molecular pathway & names it something like Autophagy (which got a Nobel in 2016)/Intermittent Fasting and suddenly it is ‘science’. If our Indian grandma tells us to fast on Ekadashi, she is a backward dogmatist. But when Dr. Valter Longo does this for us in a Cell Stem Cell journal, it becomes a major medical breakthrough.
When Ayurveda says Langhana (fasting) fires up Agni which burns Ama, they were indeed naming the very same phenomenon as Dr Longo. Ayurveda witnessed the forest: “When we stop putting wood in the fire, the fire burns the dead leaves inside the house.
Modern Science says: “Glucose depletion negatively impacts the PKA pathway, activating a decrease in IGF-1 & initiating regeneration with hematopoietic stem cells.”
Looking at the same mountain from 2 different angles shows two interpretations. 1 describes a user manual for life; the other a chemistry breakdown of the machine.
Modern peer review is a gatekeeping mechanism with deep ties to the Western pharma & academic economy. Producing a scientific paper requires significant financial resources to support research, publication & distribution.
There is no profit in telling people to eat nothing. Therefore, for decades, Western science actively ignored fasting research because it did not feed the trillion-dollar pharmaceutical pipeline.
The moment it became clear that fasting could complement chemotherapy, reducing the toxic side effects of multi-billion dollar oncology drugs, suddenly funding appeared, papers were reviewed, and it became "validated."
The West will continue to "discover" what India always knew. The goal for young India now is to stop waiting for a Western certificate of approval. We need to fund our own clinical research, study our own texts with scientific rigor & reclaim the narrative before it is packaged & sold back to us in a capsule.
Every calculation you have ever done uses a system India invented.
Before Indian mathematicians gave the world zero and the decimal place, Greek and Roman maths used letters for numbers. Try multiplying MXLVII by CCXCIV. Merchants, architects and astronomers across the ancient world were trapped.
Baghdad's Al-Khwarizmi (c.780–847) transmitted it west. His book on the Indian place system and algorithmic calculation laid the foundation of modern mathematics. The word "algorithm" is a corruption of his name. "Algebra" comes from his treatise title. Both are Arabic transmissions of Indian originals.
Abraham Seidenberg's History of Mathematics credits India's Sulba Sutras as the inspiration for all mathematics of the ancient world.
Lin Yutang, Chinese philosopher: "India was China's teacher in trigonometry, quadratic equations, grammar, phonetics."
Carl Sagan thought Vedic cosmology the only ancient system whose timescales correspond to modern scientific cosmology.
Every time a computer runs, it counts in a system India designed.
TVK Minister @CTR_Nirmalkumar says that the earlier practices in Tirupparankundram should continue. We are stressing on it. The earlier status of the temple should be restored. Immediately !
Thank You Nirmal Kumar Sir for bringing it to the attention of Muruhan Devotees!
Tirupparankundram Sri Subramania Swamy Temple was part and parcel of Sri Meenakshi Sundareswarar Temple, Madurai. The FRAUDs in the TN Govt and @tnhrcedept made a FALSE submission before Madras High Court and got an order to make it a separate temple.
The @tnhrcedept Executive Officer was/is functioning by FRAUD in Madurai Temple from 13.12.1951.
The Fraud Department's Executive Officer started functioning - illegally - in Tirupparankundram Temple from 05.05.1983.
@RameshOffcl Sir ! Restore the temple back to Sri Meenakshi Sundareswarar Temple, Madurai!
Legally kick out the illegally present Executive Officer from the Madurai Temple.
Restore all ancient practices including lighting the Deepam on Top of Tirupparankundram Hill !

A KSRTC Superfast bus didn’t have enough FASTag balance, so toll authorities denied entry.
The solution? The driver turned around on the high-speed track and drove nearly 3 km against oncoming traffic on the NH 66 bypass, putting not only passengers but also other road users at risk.
His defence? If drivers pay the toll from their personal UPI accounts when FASTag balances run dry, there is no official mechanism to reimburse them.
No. 1 Keralam !
Yes, comparing Modi era with Nehru’s is right. Not to do so would be injustice to millions who suffered because of Nehru.
For example, Hindu Bengali refugees. Their children, grandchildren must never forget that their people were abandoned and thrown to the wolves by Jawaharlal Nehru before, during and after Partition.
Nehru despised dark-skinned Hindu Bengali refugees, among them my father, his siblings, their widowed mother and grandmother, fleeing rapacious and murderous Muslim League mobs in East Bengal; he did not want them to seek shelter in India.
Nehru wrote to CM BC Roy, instructing him not to let Hindu Bengali refugees enter West Bengal. Push them back from the border, Nehru said, don’t let them in.
Nehru insisted Hindu Bengalis of East Bengal / East Pakistan were coming to India for free-loading at the expense of Indians. He cut back Central funds for West Bengal to stop the meagre refugee assistance by way of a couple of kilos of inedible worm-infested rotten rice for Hindu Bengalis.
Hindu Bengali refugee women and children separated from their families, or widowed and orphaned in the Noakhali genocide and subsequent Partition Massacre of Hindus, rummaged in garbage bins and pitifully begged for morsels of food.
Hindu Bengali refugee children in rags with dark large sad eyes greedily licked on used banana leaves dumped on the streets by eateries, also known as ‘pice hotels’ in Kolkata parlance, of which there was a profusion in the post-War years. Emaciated babies and rickety children of Hindu Bengali refugees huddled with stray dogs on pavements.
Many Hindu Bengali refugees lived on ‘rice water’ or ‘fan’ (the starchy water that is thrown away after boiling rice) collected from homes of compassionate Bengalis who had little food to share.
In the morning and evening there were pheriwallahs hawking their wares; in the afternoon there were Hindu Bengali refugee women in tattered sarees that barely covered their bodies and naked children with battered and bruised aluminium pots going from house to house, begging for ‘rice water’: “Ma, fan daao Ma…”
Those voices of has hunger were to haunt Hindu Bengali refugees like my parents for long, often till death.
Driven by hate for Hindu Bengali refugees, Nehru ordered horrifyingly, nauseatingly squalid and disease-ridden refugee camps to be named ‘Permanent Liability Camps’ or PLCs — PLC 1, PLC 2… — reminiscent of the ‘Permanent Solution Camps’ of the Nazis.
When despite his best efforts Nehru failed to push back the Hindu Bengali refugees to be slaughtered in East Bengal/East Pakistan, Nehru brought his devastating Freight Equalisation Policy which collapsed industry in West Bengal. Tens of thousands of jobs were destroyed and the Hindu Bengali was rendered jobless: Those who lost their jobs and businesses began turning on Hindu Bengali refugees just as Nehru had hoped.
Yet Nehru could not break the spirit of the Hindu Bengali refugees who were grateful to Bharat and determined to help rebuild this great nation savaged by invaders and colonisers especially John Company.
Through generations we Hindu Bengali refugees toiled, we built, we paid taxes, we sacrificed for the Nation, our Nation, we succeeded in establishing ourselves as dutiful, law-abiding, loyal citizens of India. Having lost our home and hearth, we had no other home but India.
We Hindu Bengali refugees were hived off to malaria-infested inhospitable Dandakaranya and we cleared forests and made the soil fertile. We were packed off to Andaman and we rebuilt our lives there. When we tried to set up home at Marichjhapi we were slaughtered: the estuaries turned red with our blood.
We grieved, we got up, we overcame that setback.
We lived with dignity and honour, we earned our food, we were not freeloaders. We were poor but we were honest: we had integrity.
Cut to 2026.
So who have proved to be India’s ‘Permanent Liability’ cadging off the state and living on unearned money? Nehru Dynasty.
